CASSIA #3 (2 Bedrooms).
Cassia 3 is a modern style Town House located in the Royal Westmoreland development. As you drive past the Clubhouse and sanctuary you approach the villa by turning left into Cassia Heights.
The gate to Cassia 3 opens on to a small tropical garden with dining table and barbeque facilities. The main door opens on to the middle of three levels of accommodation. The initial view over the ocean, through the stunning arch windows, is a particularly attractive feature of this villa. The kitchen and dining area are on the middle level of the villa on the upper level is a bathroom and air-conditioned bedroom with walk-in wardrobe.
The upper level bedroom has its own private balcony with some of the best views from anywhere on the development. It leads on to a decking area which extends across the full width of the villa. The second air-conditioned bedroom is also on the lower level, with walk in wardrobe and bathroom en-suite. There is a patio off the bedroom that leads on to the main decking area. It is a short walk from Cassia 3 to the Sanctuary health spa. The villa is southwest facing.
FACILITIES
At the Sanctuary you will find absolutely everything available for your well being. There is a large out-door swimming pool and a children’s pool to make sure they are kept entertained and you have peace of mind, there is a whirlpool for relaxation and for refreshements there is a stylish bar overlooking the pool.
You will also find full fitness facilities with a range of equipment and personal classes to help you get the maximum benefit from your stay. Overall the Sanctuary is an oasisof tranquilty with the foxus on relaxation or fitness and as a Royal Westmoreland guest you are permitted to use all these facilities.
Children are also well catered for at the Pelicans Nest Club (located in the Sanctuary). Children from the age of 4 to twelve can visit the area where there are video games, toys and books provided for their entertainment. During holiday periods there is a superivised sports camp and pelican c (extra charges may apply).
Royal Westmoreland guests can take advantage of the beach facilities at Colony Club Hotel. It is a five minute drive from Cassia 3. For those without a car there is a regular guest bus between Royal Westmoreland and the hotel beach
One of the great features of staying at Cassia 3 is that you are able to play on the 18-hole Golf Course at Royal Westmoreland. Recently rated at 31 in Golf Digest's Top 100 Golf Courses outside of the US, Robert Trent Jones Jr. has stated that he believes it to be one of the finest, most challenging and most rewarding courses he has ever designed.

Royal Westmoreland has the only Har-Tru tennis courts in Barbados. The courts are floodlit for evening play and for those that wish to improve their game the is a Tennis Academy where it’s possible to enjoy first-class coaching through private tuition (charges may apply).
There are also many different areas for refreshment and dining at Royal Westmoreland. There are 3 choices.
The Club House – Here you will find a comprehensice selection of beers, wines and spirits as well as soft drinks.
The Sanctuary – Has its own daily menu and a bar
On the Course – There are water stations located all around the golf course, however ifyou require other types of drink or food bar carts can be found touring the golf course.
