Amaryllis sits on the beautiful white sands of Palm Beach, one of the best beaches in Barbados. Set amongst 5 acres of lovely gardens, it offers a relaxing haven but is close to all the amenities of the vibrant south coast. Catch some rays on the sprawling white sand beach, relax alongside one of the pools or enjoy a dip in the Jacuzzi.
A few steps across the sand and the calm Caribbean Sea awaits. For the more active, try a few of the non-motorized water sports on offer, play a round of golf at the Barbados Golf Club, have a work out in the gym or visit the activities centre!
The resort sits on a large stretch of white sand and borders the warm and tranquil Caribbean sea, offering fantastic swimming and snorkelling. The hotels boasts two pools, one of which is beach side and includes a Jacuzzi, along with a childrens wading pool.
Dining options include the Almond Tree Restaurant, serving breakfast and dinner and the Turtle Nest Beach Bar for beach side snacks and drinks.
The resort boasts an extensive array of facilities, including the Chattel Plaza featuring a wine bar, coffee shop, and beauty salon (privately run). The plaza also houses the hotels fitness facility.
Golf is available at discounted prices at the Barbados Golf Club, which the hotel part owns.
The spacious rooms are well appointed. Upgrade to a Studio or Suite for in-room kitchen facilities (the resort has a convenience store on site).
UPGRADES AT AMARYLLIS
Following the complete upgrade of linens and towels in
the rooms and plates and cutlery in the restaurants late
last year, Amaryllis just have now also changed all the
furniture on the upper deck of the restaurant (where
guests enjoy breakfasts and buffet dinners). Having
listened to feedback from guests about some rooms being
“dark”, we have also placed one new floor light and two
new table lights in all of the 150 rooms.
Amaryllis Beach Resort has 12 rooms suitable for wheelchair use.
Facilities at Amaryllis Beach Resort:
Kids Club: We do not offer a year round Kids Club but do offer Seasonal Children’s activities.
Night Entertainment: We offer Live Entertainment on selected nights.
Chattel Plaza: The restaurants, coffee shop and salon at this attached complex are third party managed, we no longer offer guest discounts at this facility.
Watersports: We no longer have paddle boats and Kayaks, we do offer complimentary use of Boogie Boards and Snorkelling equipment.
